Two days ago evening Vissla presented the finalists of its Creators and Innovators Upcycle Contest, a summer-long competition wherein participants are pushed to design a functional, upcycled surf craft. The winner was Taylor Lane, who designed a surfboard made out of cigarette butts. According to its creator roughly 10,000 darts vacuum-sealed were within the board’s construction.
