– Fresh bread from the farmers market (2 slices)
– Ham with herbs
– Gruyère cheese
– Tomatoes
– Fresh baby spinach
– Egg / fried
– Bio mayonnaise and Ketchup
– Salt and pepper
If you did everything correctly your sandwich will look like this in the end.
